I’ve been coming to LashQueen frequently for over a year now and she is the best!The lashes are great quality and always getting compliments on them.Always look forward to getting my lashes done, and it feels like time goes by so fast because we always have great conversations :)

I have been going to Lash queen since November 2022 so now around 7-8 months! Since then I have gotten Hybrid lashes and Volume lashes each with frequent infills. I have only gotten my lashes done at only one other place which was terrible so getting my lashes done here has been much more positive, I would definitely recommend Lash queen. I did have a situation or two where I thought my lashes were uneven and although Alice was professional and made the correct adjustments so they looked amazing, there was one time Alice had no time to make them look even (due to another client) and I felt I was stuck with uneven lashes till my next fill which was disappointing, almost felt my appointment was rushed so like I wasted my money for what I recieved. Other than that she is very talented and kind. I have had so many compliments and so much more confidence since getting my lashes done! Definitely a game changer :)

This was wonderful! The therapist was competent, conscientious and answered every question I had.She did a super job of my eyelashes and I now have given her details to my friends who would like to use her. My eyebrows are a problem (light, sparse hair) but they were improved so much with her waxing and tinting… they really look great! I am so so happy with the experience she provided! I will now have these services regularly, and I have never done that before.. fantastic! Just fantastic! Thankyou so much…

I had volumes done maybe last year sometime, they didn’t last long before most of them started coming off and I ended up getting them all removed 2 days later and going somewhere else. I like really big lashes and they weren’t big enough for me but I still liked them. But this is when she was a newish business and I have long natural lashes so understandable. I still follow her and her work has improved so much so would be keen to go back when I’m back in Queenstown. Said with love ❤️
