HRV North Shore
We had two of the staff come to our home, first came and checked it and the second to fix it. Both were very professional, friendly and courteous. We have had our system for 8 years which has been awesome. We have just been without it for 2 weeks, and had forgotten how bad the condensation was here, the place was cold and damp and depressing. So glad to have it up and running again.

I had my HRV ventilation system installed this week. The installers were very friendly and professional and it was a quick and pain free exercise. The house seems so much dryer already even though it's only been a couple of days. I would recommend HRV.

I was impressed by how quickly a technician came round to replace my HRV filters, and with his professional and informative approach. When a fault appeared not long after, HRV North Shore sent a technician within a few days and replaced the part at no charge. The fault did not appear to be related to the work done on the filters, but HRV North Shore covered it because it occurred shortly after. That is brilliant service. I have been with them since 2017, and they have always been helpful and reliable. I feel in good hands, and highly recommend them.

We’ve had HRV for more years than I care to remember, and couldn’t be happier with it. We have regular inspections and filter replacement every other year, and our home smells fresh and clean always. Over the past few years, it has been Leo from HRV who carries out the inspections - he’s a great guy - quick and efficient, and always cheerful.

We had our regular filter replacement and system check over. Was very professional and excellent work quality. Was very friendly and explained clearly what was going to be done and listened to us when we had any questions or concerns. We were given the price in advance which was helpful. We have had HRV fitted in our homes for over twenty years and wouldn't want to be without it. However we had reason to get another room vented and HRV were most helpful, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Leo? for his quick fix to our problem.

Had the systems in 2 houses checked, and filters replaced as part of regular maintenance that hadn't been done by previous owners. Very quick process, the technician was excellent. Will be getting an extra vent installed in a room that was missed years ago.

Been having HRV installed many years ago. Best investment for a truly warmer house. Every 2 years need to change the filter. So easy to call and arrange for a technician to change the filter. Prompt, on time and the technician is professional, fast and friendly. Ease of payment method as they have wireless eftpos available onsite. Really happy with their product and service! I highly recommend HRV!

We had Leo from the North Shore office come around to service our HRV system. He was great, so polite and patient with all the questions we had and very knowledgeable about the system. His attention to detail was appreciated with remembering our names, having stickers for the kids etc.

I found HRV to be prompt on time, & if they were late they would notify me, with a phone call to advise me, which I found to be great.The work that the service man did was outstanding and well done. I would definitely reccomend to anyone that they perform their duties well. All staff are well mannnered and polite..Very happy to give them 10 out of 10..They deserve it...Well done team..!!!
