Great store. But being the only one of your stores open in Christchurch on a Saturday it’s a long way to go if you haven’t got something in stock, therefore it would be helpful if someone answered the phone. Over ten calls today……..

Used to be my number one spot but has recently gone to the dogs, poor isle maintenance in doors, don’t know why that happened, used to be in great nick haven’t bothered going back since that lovely girl left she was super helpful and took pride in her professionalism. Lucky for them Josh F still works there and is holding down the fort !!

Shirley was incredibly helpful with picking out everything needed to refurbish the bathroom she clearly explained all options to fit my budget and steered me in the right direction I was so grateful for her help and lovely manner highly recommend

Poor service, went in to spend a lot on tools and equipment but walked out with nothing due to the lack of service, 3 people standing chatting to each other at the desk and none offered any assistance. Went to the counter and each individual almost avoided me like a bad smell. Don’t worry I took my money elsewhere across the road
