Velo Workshop
Came in today after our son had a crash the day before North Island Champs. Team was so helpful. Fixed his bike and even lent us some parts which we will courier back on Monday. Fantastic service. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

100% disappointed!We ordered a specific pet basket they had advertised 2 weeks ago.Zero contact until now and apparently they are on holiday and don’t even have the basket in stock.We are now faced with not being able to take our bikes on holiday as we have run out of time to buy an alternative option online.Going on holiday is not an excuse for advertising things you don’t have, and ignoring your website!

We've sourced parts from Velo Workshop multiple times and asked them all sorts of questions around servicing, part replacements, etc. always super helpful, responsive and quick. Awesome team, can't recommend them enough

As bike shops go, this is a very good one. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff who enjoy what they do, reasonable prices.As I'm new to building French and Italian bikes I've gone here a few times for advice and to purchase tools and never been disappointed.

Matt and the team at Velo Workshop are amazing, very knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly. I have been in and out of Velo many times and have not once had a bad reception from them. When it came time to buy my next bike Velo Workshop was the only choice. I'm super satisfied and happy with the new bike. Thanks guys!!

Awesome bunch of guys. I came here after a discovered an issue with my bike just after another shop had worked on it.They happily gave me the info I needed, supplied the bits I needed without being silly about it.They clearly know their stuff when it comes to bikes.10/10 Will never go anywhere else.
