I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but honestly I am just amazed this place is still operating. Ordered some pizzas from there at 8:45 on a Saturday night. When I arrived the door was locked but there were people in there and my order was on a big screen. After waiting outside for 25-30minutes I eventually banged loud enough that a staff member came to the door and told me they were shut and they wouldn't be making my order. He said I'd 'recieve a refund at some point in the next few days'.Ended up walking next door to Pizza Hut who were amazed to hear what happened and made me a cheaper, more delicious pizza immediately. The staff there were lovely and way, way nicer than the rude person I spoke to at Dominoes.No refund arrived, obviously.

Ordered a pizza, 50 mins later called up, apparently the driver had gone home but no one bothered to update me! Not happy at all!! No dinner for me!!

I ordered a pizza yesterday to be delivered at 12.15 today and it is now 1.23pm and the pizza has still not arrived. The tracker is still giving me an estimated delivery time of 12:26 - 12:36 pm which is in the past and I have been constantly ringing the phone number on my order confirmation since 12.38 and as yet no one has picked up the phone. I understand that it is the busy lunch period but this is unacceptable service when I paid in advance for lunch!

GO TO PIZZA HUT NEXT DOOR!Absolutely terrible. Terrible service and terrible quality.Delivery took 2 and a half hours to arrive from the time I made the order.I called the store an hour after i ordered it to ask how much longer it would be, and they told me 20 minutes. I then called again 2 hours after I ordered and asked them how long it would take, at which point they told me another 15 minutes and that they were busy. I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how busy you get, it cannot take 2 and a half hours to cook a pizza and deliver it unless you forget or miss the order.To add insult to injury, one of the sides they gave me was wrong, and the pizza was cold. I've had bad service from this store before, but this takes the cake.

Got 3 pizzas from this place none of them had sauce. Yalled up and asked why it had no sauce the worker rudely says why dont just add extra sauce next time. Terrible service and experience. Do not recommend the Belmont Dominos.

Terrible. Pizza delivery person gave up, even though directions were given on the phone. Tried calling the main number in Devonport number several times and no one answered even though during business hours. Never will buy from Dominos again. Appalling service...

Pizza never arrived after over an hour. Tried to phone. Was told it was on its way. Now 70 mins and still not here.Phoned again and was told - it's been delivered." I said it hadn't. Was then told "What do I expect? We are busy. We have 90 orders and 3 drivers. It's on it's way."Fantastic customer service!!! I said

Delivery took 1.5 hours. Tried to ring up to cancel the order, but the phones just rang and rang. Get your pizza elsewhere, what a waste of time.

Pizza Hut from now on! They are pathetic - order took 1.5 hours, tracking online it said “making your order” for over an hour. They never answer the phone when you try and call. Ended up having to take delivery of the pizzas and leave as it was too late for us
