Young girl at counter gave great service, Chips came out hot, which is always a plus. Restaurant was tidy & restroom was pretty good too. Not very busy at time we visited, so atmosphere quiet.

Enjoy the burgers they are always fresh & tasty. Also the nachos are yummy.The biggest soft drinks cups are here.Bacon & mushroom melt is my fave.

Seven people walked into a bar, I mean Frankton Wendy's and 15 minutes later all of us walked out with our orders and drinks. Clean facilities, hot food and great service. None of us live in Hamilton but I wish every Wendy's had this standard of service. Well deserved 5 star rating.

Wendy's Hamburgers
After visiting Wendy's Hamburgers today, I have mixed feelings. The service was efficient and extremely polite from the drive thru operator but this was the positive. The fries and the burger (although tasty) was nowhere near hot enough. Vampires may like their food at body temperature, but a tasty burger and fries at this temperature makes for a disappointing meal. Shame too.

Wendy's offers very fast food service. We ordered in-store and within 5 minutes, we received our meals. The food was good. For those who do not eat pork, if you order a chicken burger, some chicken burger comes with bacon. Remember to read the fine lines. There is a lot of parking space available. You can enter through other streets into Wendy's. There is also a drive through. I did not have any dessert so I won't comment on that. The chips were well cooked .

This was my first visit to a Wendy's and I left underwhelmed. The friendly service from Jason was well above par, he was patient, kind and professional. The food however was substandard, the burgers were dry and flavourless, we ordered the baconator combo's and only one of us got even a hint of bacon. Luckily the fries were pleasant and well seasoned, but not enough to make it worthwhile visiting again.

Food was great, chips nice and hot. Burgers were fresh. Some tables could've used a wipe down. We chose a table while ordering (only seeing numbers) not the state of the table. It did get wiped just as we sat down. Overall great place, loads of parking.

I went to pick up some uber eats at 10:30 pm last saturday night for 3 people. I was having a hard time to understand what the girl is saying so she repeated it 2x in a very rude way. On the 3rd time a guy gave me a clear instructions and same time the girl shouting at me in a very rude manner. I did manage to understand the guy but I was distracted on how the girl throw her words on me. When I reach to the window to get the orders and the girl looking and talking to me still in angry mode and very disrespectful. I think the girl ages around 17-19 maybe? When I went to deliver the food, I realize that one of the orders that was given is wrong so I end up coming back again (that was my fault because i forgot to double check before i go). When i came back she still rude to me and rolling her eyes to me even if i am talking to her nicely. I feel humiliated, be littled and disrespected that night and that experienced from her gave me anxiety. I know working in a customer service is exhausting. I have been there and still as well. But no matter the circumstances is, it doesnt give her the right to be disrespectful and shout at me. I am working in a customer service as well but i never showed or made my customers feel disrespected that way. Please remind your people to be kind to everyone. This experienced is very disappointing!

I went to this wendys with some friends around 4pm and received horrible customer service, the lady's serving us kept looking back at us and whispering to each other talking about us and handled our meal with minimal care despite us using our manners and when gave us our food they left the tray hanging half off of the table making it almost fall off. And while we were eating our food the proceeded to look at us and talk about us a bit to loudly, dining there made me feel uncomfortable and when I went to the counter to ask for A takeaway bag the lady st the counter talked to me in a rude manner and threw th bag on the counter. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in a fastfood place but I do not think we will be eating there again.
