Had a casual and relaxed dinner with friends. Nice, warm and welcoming ambience. The sushi was fresh and tasty. My favorite dish was the fried chicken. The miso soup could have been warmer but was tasty.

I used to love come here even though getting pricy but yesterday was horrible. Yesterday, lunch time, there were only 4-5 customer in a shop. But when I came in to shop and waiting for table one of the guy just staring at me did nothing. So I told him can we get a table. And then they gave me a small bar table no place to put my jacket and bag. There were already 4 customer sit there and all the other table was empty. I totally understand if it was busy and full but it wasn't. Clearly it is way easy to clean it if we sit in a bar table. And whenever we tried to eye contact to order the guy wearing mask just keep passing by and did nothing. I saw other customer raised their hand quite long time but no one tried to get their order. You guys should learn about customer service again.

Great atmosphere. The service was great. There was not too many choices for sushi on the train. It was a Tuesday night.

Best Sushi in Auckland !! I personally high recommend this Sushi train place !! so many choices of the sushi menu and if you can’t eat raw fish or vegan they have a heaps of another way to enjoy your Sushi. me always visit here every month ☺️

Had not been to a Sushi Train before. Have to wonder if this style of food delivery would work for other styles of food. Was excellent Sushi, also a good cheesecake. Interesting and somewhat entertaining approach.

I am a regular customer, each time I visit Tomi Ro I find that the prices have risen. Today I spent $55 between two people, we were not fulfilled but we felt put off by the prices. In my opinion and unprofessional standpoint on sushi price judging, I find that 2 pieces of normal sushi is not worth $6. Food is average, service is average. Overall average experience go somewhere else, perhaps Katsubi.
