Pretty large store with lots of stock selection which is nice- got a bit lost but was able to ask a friendly staff member and purchased what I needed. Thanks :)

There's a guy working in here that I hate asking.The moment you approach him you can feel that he don't want to be asked, the expression changed and not friendly at all.So when I want to ask someone I always avoid this unapproachable guy. My bad I didn't know his name.As for the store, we always go here if we're having some repairs / diy / gardening stuff etc. No issues at all except for that one staff.

Luv this store, always well lit, clean, tidy, full shelves!! The staff are really helpful and i always look forward to the 'Cheap As Deals'. Have worked in a Mitre 10 and this store too is a Great representation of DIY in NZ. Well done guys!

I never think two free boxes around the entrance will cause such a big drama. I went here today and was insulted and discriminated against by their staff in the cashier area. The only cashier lady in around told me 'you cannot take any free boxes today'. I asked her 3 times why we cannot take any boxes today and I got ignored. then I expressed I want to talk to your duty manager asking why we cannot take any boxes today. while I was waiting in their customer services area, that lady comes to me again and told me you are a rude and horrible person. I was shocked by her behivour by insulting customer in public. after spending thousands of dollars for renovation, what I got is a publicly insulted

Wanted to buy a set of vernier calipers. Purchased set for 41$. Other places in central Ingill didnt know what I was asking for! This is a big store and items can be sourced at home before travelling.
