There is underground car parking, which was handy since it was raining outside. It is just like Woolworths back in Australia, so it was easy to navigate around the store. It is situated in a large complex with other stores.

It's a great mall and all, but the bins are difficult to find. My companions and I found it very difficult to even find them. Then when it came to the supermarket I wish it was a few degrees cooler

Very large supermarket in Papanui , Christchurch , Large and sufficient carpark available , No fresh seafoods available for sales , Customer services are normal standard .

Went in to get something for tea when a young man in the sauce aisle asked if he could help me. l jokingly said what will l have for tea. Well - he took the time to make recomendations, tell me what was on specials and the info that there were meal ideas at the entrance that could be used. Went above and beyond to help.

I run in here every now and then, mainly for a bag of chips or salted cashews. Pretty standard supermarket.

Great range of products especially if you are gluten free. Meat and produce is top notch. Also has amazing staff who are always happy to help. I know that Countdown has had it rough in the media but it is a good shopping experience and the bonus of having an in shop chemist.
