Within its first year my now 4 year old laptop had already under warranty had the hardrive replaced. I had used it sparingly until lock down last year . again gradually getting slower and slower it finally would not reboot. I had spent countless hours trying to diagnose and self-fix My conclusion was that it may be in need of another hardrive it. I suspect it had not been fixed or set up properly in the first place and returned to the retailer who after 2 months in the shop did nothing saying they could not contact there supplier!!! Hewlet packardRoss has re loaded and checked the operating system gave me a few tips on how to run the latest Windows. It has been running sweet and fast for 2 weeks now, I feel I have had good service and good value .Bravo Ross
