Super clean

ABSOLUTE CONS - DO NOT HIRE - I hired Shaun Palmer & his team to do an end of tenancy clean. He asked for payment up front which set a few red flags and also asked what I did for a living, which is definitely weird... They were to do carpets as well as a full house clean. Didn't look like they did anything and I had to pay another company to clean it again. I have been asking for a refund but Shaun doesn't reply to any messages or emails and won't answer his phone. I am now looking at taking them to court which is the last thing I have time to do but there is no way he can continue to get away with this!

Enquired to super and within 24 hours has the lads turn up. Smashed the windows , smashed the carpet clean & everything else we needed for our end of tenancy clean. Super Super stolked with the price as was a lot cheaper than most services & the outcome was honestly a lot better than some commercial services we’ve used in the past! Would highly reccomend to anyone needing an effective and efficient company to get the job done. Super lovely blokes aswell and super professional! Our house is definitely SUPER CLEAN

I have been blown away by the service provided by superclean! We have recently moved out of our flat and it was in need of a big deep clean. Superclean absolutely smashed it and thanks to them we received all of our bond back. Cannot rate them highly enough. Cheers team!

Booked an oven clean two weeks ago and it was mostly carried out.I was overcharged by Shaun, when I provided him the details necessary I was ignored and never given back the overcharged amount.He is extremely unprofessional, used personal circumstances as an excuse for ignoring me for two weeks and holding onto my money.Not worth it.

The team was amazing to deal with, a very reasonable price and our property manager was stoked with the result as well. We got our bond back which was awesome. Very grateful for the service and we would recommend them to anyone =)

Super clean did a full clean of the property, which is a four bedroom two story house(in preparation for sale)The payment was made at the beginning of the clean in full.The clean was conducted over a three day period which was agreed upon prior to the clean commencing.After day two my partner and I did an inspection of what had been cleaned and informed Anne-Marie by text of the areas still in need of cleaning and some touch ups that we required.After completion of the clean we were very happy with the service.Special note was taken of the toilets and bathroom and the windows inside and out which were very well done.Thank you.
