They need to ensure when answering phone calls that it's conducted away from what appeared to be the front desk due to staff members chatting away. When asked to go on hold the receptionist continued to engage in conversation with her colleague which seemed to be the conversation she was engaged in prior to answering my phone call and I could hear personal information on clients information which is highly unprofessional. Needless to say I would not recommend this business given that one phone call. An unprofessional and embarrassing experience which potentially reflects the standard of operations that seem to be acceptable by this outlet's practice.
