10 years ago I had a mammogram at Princess Margaret Hospital and they treated me so badly, they never stop pushing the machine when I asked them that I was about to faint, I never return to another test. Yesterday I had a mammogram with Shontae, an angel of a lady, she treated me with care and respected my concerns, made me feel relax and I could have the test. Thanks

Amazing service all round. Needed an x ray for my back. I received a booking the next day. Parking right outside the door. I was in and out in 8 minutes and my GP called that afternoon with the results. You simply can't ask for more than that. Thanks Team - keep up the great work

I was really impressed with the team today. They squeezed me in without an appointment as I'd driven a long way, the ladies on the front desk were kind and understanding of my situation without putting me on the spot or embarrassing me, and the radiologist was kind and efficient. A clean and tidy waiting room. I really appreciated their wonderful service - something often lacking in busy healthcare providers. Thank you.

Really unorganised. Got an X-ray 6 months ago and while leaving the premises I asked ‘is there anything left to pay by me at all?’ To which they replied ‘nothing’ as the rest of the amount was supposed to be covered by acc . Later after a week they sent me an invoice of $100. I called them up and asked about it to which the operator said that I need not worry about it , they will sort it out .Now after 6 months they asked some debt collector to call me . How unprofessional and annoying they are ! Just make up your freaking mind !!

We are really disappointed with one of the nurse because last week we went to Early pregnancy scan with them and the nurse who was scanning our baby, she was soo rude and unhappy ☹️. No smile nothing and she was behaving like we shouldn't be here to scan. That's not soo gud.I will never go back to them again.Shame on you with ur service lady
