Worse lawnmowing service business in palmy. Wouldnt give me a copy of a invoice/receipt for a lawnmower i bought there as i lost the receipt by accident. I would not recommend going there to anyone. When i did go into your store to ask about getting the receipt from your receptionist all i got was trouble and then i was told i would have to pay for the time it toke her to find the receipt. And the ird called to ask about it and your lady the does the accounts ended up arguing with the lady from ird. So you see i did give you the benefit of the doubt and you proved to handle it unprofessionally. So i stand by the one star thanks.

Helpful friendly staff, definitely worth a look if mower shopping

I have wondered if I should write this review for a while or just let it be, I have decided to write it. I recently used Central Mower Services for a standard push mower service and they seemed friendly enough. The price was stated to be $120-180 depending on what needed to be done. I had just sharpened the blades myself, and had only used the mower once before taking it for a service. I was surprised when I was then charged $22 for sharpening. I questioned why and the person there when I picked it up said they just always do everything, which is contrary to what I was told prior. When I questioned it further, there was not much interest from that person about my concerns. I rolled the mower out and inspected the blades before putting it in my car, although the sharpening was slightly straighter than mine, it was notably blunter than my sharpening and they left a notable burr on the reverse side, meaning effectively even less sharp.I have a three star rating as they did address some other issues with the mower well.But they have basically taken $22 for nothing (or worse than nothing), have not followed what they said they would do (only stuff that needed to be) and paid no attention when I as the customer raised a concern. $22 isn’t going to break the bank, but it and the ignoring my concerns is going to rule out me returning to this company.

I HIGHLY recommend this place for getting your Lawnmower(s).I am still in awe with the exceptional customer service we got here.Rob has impeccable skills.He understood the picture in our head, we wanted everything, electric, aluminium body, Smart chute, handle to lift etc., he brought our ideal lawnmower into reality. Its beyond our expectations. We got much more for the price.We mowed our lawn which was turned into bushes lol and it ran beautifully.We are so so happy with the purchase and the care that has been shown by the Central Mower's team. They are all pretty hands-on and you always learn so much in the process with such amazing people.Megan is super knowledgeable and we will pick her brains again for getting the line trimmers.I am thankful to the person who referred us this place, he lauded about the excellent customer service he has been getting for years now.Lots of love and gratitude towards Central Mower's team. This place has very curtious staff that are knowleable about there products and are very helpful in helping you to make the right decision for what you want or need.I would have no hesitation in recommending this store.Got what I needed and are very happy.

I was about to throw my old mower out but thought I might try and get it fixed and serviced first. After taking it to Central Mower Services, its like a whole new mower. They did a fantastic job. Turned it round in day and all for a reasonable price. Great service and highly recommend.
