Wow, I'm really impressed with how my furbaby looks! Mercy the griffon was a straggly mess ,suffering with the summer heat. Due to her being very nervous with grooming she needed a general anesthetic. Megan did a fantastic job of clipping Mercy and what a huge difference! I didn't even recognize Mercy at first! We will make this a regular thing every summer. Thank you so much!

Very impressed with vet Charlotte's treatment of my nervous little Papillion. Turned out to be the best visit she has ever had to any vet's in all her years in Tauranga Hamilton and now in Morrinsville . Then to get a surprise follow up call which was very helpful and encouraging. Thank you from Panda and I.

Firstly I would like to say how amazing the Vetranarians and Vet nurses are here, so caring and really take the time to look after our animals,5 stars. But since merging with the other vets, I have found the new front desk person Rachel quite rude to deal with, which has actually made me hesistant on returning. I have also spoken with one other person who also has the same problem with her.Hopefully this changes.

Prices seem quite expensive for the level of service given and the quality of care provided compared to what is available from other vets. Found the nurse Rachel quite rude and abrupt. Might try Anexa next time instead.
