Helen from IDP went out of her way helping me to exemption to sit my IELTS academic test. I'm truly grateful for all her help. On the day of my test I got lost, and they called me to check up on if I'm still coming in to write the test, once again IDP went above and beyond, waiting for and giving me 5min to catch my breath after I ran the streets of Auckland. I will recommend IDP to anyone that needs to sit their IELTS exam, their service definitely helps to keep the nerves down.

I pass IELTS test, I got 5.5 in overall . I felt very confident with the score!!And also, the staff workers are very friendly and well organized with the computer-delivered before the test has started!!Thank you very much and I will do my best with the actual study in the future!!

I found the atmosphere quite calm and experience was seamless, all the way, from Registration till the last test. Staff as well as the examiner were great and environment was comforting.
