I generally use Bunnings as a contract builder, How ever ill be switching to Mitre 10, as their store layout is extremely well designed, making for easy Time Saving convenience when searching for supplies.Also Providing quality materials and competitive pricing.Extremely important, and balance these aspects very well.

I visited the the garden department and the lady who I spoke too was most helpful and spent time advising me on my problem and when I needed help finding other goods throughout the store the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I bought 12 6 packs of large pansy plants that were reduced from $9 to $3 a punnet ! What a saving ! The staff there were so friendly and my husband and I had a great chat to a lady staff member called Bev . She was great to chat to about our needs for other products we were contemplating buying .

Debbie from the garden center tool extra care of us while we shopped for plans n trees, she was full of knowledge about trees and even helped load up 5 tree's in our car. She is a super star and must be rewarded. Thx

When ordering an Iced Mocha, one would think it was icey, however at the cafe in Mitre 10 Mega, no such ice was in my glass.... way too over priced and your seating arrangement needs serious rethinking.No draft, very crowded and cluttered and prices were way above average. Just daylight robbery in these times of change New Zealand is facing....

Brought a tree, garden area is inviting & well laid out with a nice amount of space to move around. Not so much instore, found it cluttered tight to get around with a trolley. overall tidy store. Tree was badly root bound once I removed container also very dry & needed much more watering

We only went to the Cafe to meet friends and have lunch. It was a nice area but the service from the Cafe staff was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely cheerful. Some of the items had been altered on the menu but not printed yet. Good coffee.
