Moved into a new house and needed to adjust the door but I didn’t have the tool. Very prompt response to my email asking for a new adjuster spanner and they sent it for no charge, thanks Kirsty :)

Worst tradie experience ever, they don't communicate, they get the measurements and requirements wrong. This whole process still hasn't been resolved after 6 months for a corner meeting cavity doors. My builder doesn't want to work with them and have told other tradies to avoid.
