Incredible service from start to finish.I had an existing fire reconditioned by Active Fire and Water. They removed the fire, replaced parts, and then reinstalled it. The fire looked brand new after they had completed the work and the team were very professional in every way.

Gavin and his team were great to work with from start to finish, doing a home visit to recommend what fire would best fit. Working with our electrician to ensure the heat transfer system and woodburner were spaced appropriately to get council consent. They were in constant communication around ensuring the timing of things was perfect. The workman kept the place immaculate using drop sheets as required - thanks guys for a professional job well done.

Very happy with the service from Matthew when discussing pellet fires. Gavin came out to quote within a week and the pellet fire was installed on one of the days I had indicated from the start would be ideal. The installation was to a high standard with minimum disruption and lounge left in a very tidy condition. Looking forward to using the fire to its full capacity over winter, thanks Active Fire & Water.

I went in to discuss spas. The sales team chatted in the back room for over ten minutes although they knew that I was waiting . It would have been fine if one had ducked out and said how long they would be but no one even looked across. Rude.

Under the warmer kiwi homes program these guys were engaged to install a new log burner at our house.They consulted, inspected and designed a fire appropriate to our house and dealt with the permitting installation and build of a hearth and chimney insert. They managed to retain the original fire surround and pelmet.A top and professional job, I would recommend to anyone.
