Philip Moore Cleaning Supplies have consistently provided us an excellent standard of service. Their staff are extremely helpful and have a fantastic product knowledge. The delivery of goods is always fast and efficient.

I too found these guys on Google search. I had a problem with cat and hedgehog urine having soaked into the concrete foundation of my mothers conservatory over a number of years.They offered excellent advice, explained to me what I needed to do (like most blokes I am a novice cleaner!). I needed to visit them a couple of times for more advice and also product, at all times they were friendly, professional and offered the right product at a better price than the major DIY stores.It confirms the value in dealing with small independant local businesses.I cannot recommend them highly enough for any cleaning product needs and/or advice you may require.A huge thanks, after 1 week of using the products each day the conservatory now has a clean fresh scent and once a coat of concrete sealant paint is applied the job will be complete.Regards,Tony

Very poor product knowledge, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.After my last visit and experience with Philip Moore and reading the reviews, I thought I would give them another chance.Never again. My experience was the same if not worse than my previous visit. The staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to my needs. Product knowledge is non existence. It makes me wonder if the glowing reviews are bogus. It looks like the store manager has wrote her own review, how many of the other reviews are from staff, family and friends. Bogus and false reviews like these should be reported to Google and taken down.Would never recommend this company to anyone, poor and shocking service and knowledge

The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, something I haven't experienced in a very long time. It felt like the old days where going into a store was a social event as much as an errand. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
