Just your typical Farmers department store. It's smaller than those in the larger towns or cities so there is less range available but, if you know what you want you can have it ordered in from other stores. The staff are generally rather friendly and helpful and the store is clean and tidy.

Worst customer service. Tamika / she was at billing counter was very rude , didn’t help at all and humiliated the customers and her own staff.

Not too many natural fibers in fashion wear! Lots of short short tops. Definitely made with very young in mind!! Rest if shop great.

Reasonably stocked for a small town store, heaps of beauty brands(they dont have MAC but still good) and great for a shopping spree in the town. The kids clothing section is smaller than most stores, but serves well. Homeware section is also stocked well including manchester variety. The lady at the counter served nicely with a smile. Parking is available even during the day time as store is located a bit on the outside of main town cente.

Never any good hotwheels in stock, still no new hotwheels. And they wonder why they don't sell any. Because there's never any new stock.

Great range of products at a reasonable price and the service from the staff was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to others to go there, so different to large cities

Disgusting staff behaviour. I bought glasses and it had finger prints and scratches on it so I asked TAMIKA / STORE MANAGER who was on the billing counter if she could wipe the glasses which I was going to buy, she was so rude, and demeaned me by saying they don’t have anything to wipe and it’s just 29$ glasses. She wiped my glasses with the pouch at last and gave even more scratches on it. Her gesture and behaviour was so weird, I really felt disgusted. I believe it none of her concern and price Doesn’t matter ,, what matter is the customer service and how you’re selling your products to the customers. Someone really needs to teach the staff how to treat customers, no matter the price. They really need to learn some customer service basics first.

Wow, incredible lack of customer service here! Wanted help in bra section - no one to be found. Wanted help in sock section, again no one anywhere to help. Waited at the counter to pay while 2 staff served one customer and completely ignored the line that was forming. Left without my items and won’t be back. Very disappointing

Tidy shop, good place to spend during massive sale. Don't really have size that fit a Xsmall size lady, was browsing for 15mins on a weekend, and can't real see a staff around to approach.
