It was an amazing time up at Eastwoodhill with Katie. The session was an excellent length interspersed with a gorgeous lunch, yummy teas and a lovely walk. I learnt so much. Some was information that I did know but needed reminding about so it was refreshing. I will make some simple changes to my life after this workshop and I think they will be sustainable so i am really excited and motivated. Thank you Katie :)

I have just attended a Health and Wellness Gut Health day retreat with Katie and she is absolutely full of knowledge, after only a week of following some very basic recommendations on how to have great gut health my whole family have reaped the rewards.
