Very poor service by Person named Rashika and Teresa of Auto Finance Direct been dealing with this company for years and never had any issues but with staff like this it gives you second thoughts they clearly need to learn how to deal with customers and speak to them very unprofessional and rude behaviour.. Spoke to one of the senior managers on call very nice and friendly to deal with and apologized for there actions and advised will investigate..Company directors Robert Young should look into this concerns as it does not look great on the business read through a few reviews of such treatment on people not great clearly power tripping on people with such behaviour.. stop replying with being questioned about third party questions just except the fact and train your under qualified staff that Send message to third party person requesting information and later blaming us for why we call and ask when literally you need to look into your own records we just responded to a text call back requesting information sort your training out mate...

Terrible company and staff. If you have any concerns they couldnt be bothered helping or any considerations. They are only concern on their side and your money thats all that matters they dont care or will understand. We’ve got a car for $12K charged us total of $21k

The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life…they are completely insulting very disrespectful way, over charging customers , this company should be banned or at least Re educate the employees

Unfortunately I am sorry to say but I have been having a really unpleasant experience with Auto Finance Direct in regards to my application.When asked to be reassessed the staff was very rude to me regarding this and not willing to listen and work around or even try help.They straightaway denied without actually looking into the file.I was recommended by a friend but after this experience, I personally wouldn't recommend using this particular finance company as they rip you off wherever possible for them.

Worst company ever to deal with. They don’t even take into consideration of what you’re dealing with. When you call them the staff have major attitude and don’t even listen to you. Wish I never used this company. Use another finance company.

They are robbers, don't deal with them, all good reviews from them only. They will steal your mental peace and go to any extent to harm you. Even this is the last finance company on planet still don't take any finance from them.

I had another finance company where i had been with them for 5 years going on 6. I was a good paying customer and they offered to refinance me at a lower interest rate. Agreed to this and the car that i got ended up having issues so i was refunded and the loan was closed as per process. Thinking the process to refinance with them would be smooth was just to easy. A simple process turned into multiple calls with them and no confirmation from any agents. Still waited for the TL to contact me as per the agents request however still no call. I than decided lets look around for finance. This place approved me in less than 24hrs with 6% less interest than my previous company. Happy with Your service Auto Finance Direct. Only recommendation would be to upskill your call centre on customer service for example; Good morning my name is ____ from auto finance direct how are you this morning, evening or afternoon. This goes a long way when out bounding other than that im happy
