Such a great place to stay! Bill is a friendly, helpful host offering a range of accommodations on lovely grounds. I stayed in the 'Jill' self-contained cabin, perfect for my stay and having everything I needed, and the Queen bed was a glorious comfort after a day cycling the Rail Trail. Next stay I'll be trying the hot tub and outdoor bath I mumissed using this trip!! Thanks Bill, regards Robyn

Great place to stay on the trail. Self-contained cabins (shower + small kitchen) are clean and cozy. Great host. (Huge thanks to Bill for booking dinner for us!)

Really wonderful place to stay, Bill greeted me warmly, the bed was super comfy, kitchen fully equiped, living room very cosy, full of books and even a guitar, shower great, and outside area perfect for relaxation. Don't hesitate!

Very rustic and could have been taken straight out of a western film set. If you like roughing it a bit, use this as a base on your bike trail. Bill and Jim (da dog) awesome hosts.

Amazing service here. We were totally looked after on our Tour Te Waipounamu ride. One of the best experiences on my trip with genuine southern hospitality. I am sorry if we ate all the food! Clean and warm and friendly. All the good things. Thanks heaps.

An awesome place to stop! There's a range of accommodation options from unpowered camping to studios. Everything is rustic, beautiful and fab. Amazing shower which is free!! Hot, great pressure.. bliss. Bill is an awesome host whose laid back attitude infuses the whole place. There's a hot tub available for additional $, and Jimmy the dog is an enthusiastic co-host.Highly recommend.

Interesting place. We had a powered site. Nice location and very helpful owner. Shower was fantastic and toilet options were quirky but spotless. Would stay again.

Crow's Nest Accommodation
Bill is an amazing host - I stayed a night recently during the Tour Te Waipounamu bikepacking race and was thoroughly looked after. The shop and pub were closed so Bill made sure myself and another rider had something to eat by opening up his cupboards and telling us to help ourselves. The Crows Nest is a clean and comfortable place to stay, and excellent value for money. Thanks Bill - your hospitality was much appreciated!
