Lighting Direct Botany is our go to place for our lighting needs. We had a man attending to us, but since we took quite a long time to decide. He ended up chatting on the phone. When we had decided on a light, we beckoned to him. With a hand still on the phone and chatting away, he took a new light for us from an inner room. Make a round turn while still talking on the phone and my husband had to get the light off from him and we went to the counter to pay. Hello, do you think he could attend to us-no he was still chatting on the phone. I would give customer service a one star, but we were politely attended to by one of the other member.

Large shop with a good selection of products, that are well displayed and plenty of space to walk around to see the products. Good parking outside the shop.

Bought a cool light there. Shop is kind of tucked away off Ti Rakau drive. But they had painting on the store ,it said the name of the store, Lighting Direct, so I was able to identify it with my command of England. Also they had several lights on in the store further aiding my expedition. Quite a few lights actually.
