I wasn’t impressed with the cheesy bites add-ons. The actual pizza that it was added to is the same size as every other pizza so wasn’t an add-on. So my pepperoni pizza was smaller than the size I paid for and the add-ons were part of the original pizza! Which I paid $3.99, extra for!

We ordered and paid online x 2 pizzas and large fries. My partner gave his name when he picked up the order it was the right amount of containers so he didn't question it. Came home to find it was completely the wrong order. I rang them and they hadn't realised, asked me what my order was and if I wanted them to make it. Yep I would like what I ordered and paid for. Partner brought it back and didn't get an apology from the people at the store. Got the order home large fries" are soggy

I saw a man be disgusting to the worker today over a simple problem when there were over 20 people wanting pizza in the tiny store, they were absolutely trying their best, some are KIDS, my pizza was delicious, thank you

We have purchased pizza virtually every Saturday night since Pizza Hut in Tamatea has opened. Everything has been fine until this evening when my son paid cash for our pizza. He walked out of Pizza Hut only to be chased by the staff member who had been cutting the pizzas.He caught up with our son at his car and called Girvan and questioned whether he had paid and was asked to go back inside. When my son said he paid cash he just said okay then and left. How rude and embarrassing for our son. He should at the very least have apologised. Make sure you get your facts right staff at Tamatea before running out and making accusations check your till receipts and ASK staff members before running out to the car park. Very very rude indeed and not at all happy

The worst pizza I ever had in my life !!!! The picture showed something else and I got such horrible pizza. Now I understand why people don’t like Pizza Hut !!!!!!

Ordered a large supreme, got a regular pizza with hardly any toppings, wasn't prepared to wait another 20mins to get what I wanted (was only charged for a regular). First time here, won't be back

Stuffed up our order. Asked for the actual one to be delivered as I’m sick and said they couldn’t. I asked for a refund and was told to bring the wrong pizza in. No apology. Will not be back. Shocking service.
