Crows Nest Recycle Reuse Shop

The first time I came here a woman with beautiful long dread's was working and was super lovely and I came away with a couple of things. Second visit same. It is a bit expensive for an op shop but considering it looks like an antique shop containing some beautiful stuff. Today, however, with the big blonde lady on was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The back curtain was open, with no sign to prevent entry. We got to the checkout and the blonde lady literally yanked the item from my mother and said that was out back so not for sale and we shouldn't have gone back there and there's a sign. There were other customers wandering in there also so we thought nothing of it at the time and when we told her she stormed off to draw the curtain saying Well I can't be there when I'm here on my own" ok.. but not customers problem. Then when she returned having found a clothing item on a rack she said it was out back to cause it didn't have a price. But no we found it on the rack with all the clothes for sale

So over priced now for most of the stuff and especially considering it is donated. Woman working with fair hair & facial piercings was rude & snappy. She had an attitude of I'm too busy to talk" Five people were talking in the clothing area about the ridiculous prices & rude woman. They said they won't be back & we certainly won't be back. Used to enjoy going there with reasonable prices when it was first changed but never again"

Has gone a bit backwards since trying to go more upmarket, used to have a much better variety of products

Excellent re-use shop, am a regular customer. Nice to see that Eco Centre is soon to open next door - need to have their location added to the Google Map. Crow's Nest is 55a, EcoCentre is 55c

this is a second hand shop with a difference, clean and well presented stock in a well laid out facility, friendly and helpful staff this place is a pleasure to visit.

It was nice to be a regular customer here, we always have a lovely staff assisting us to our needs, not for one day that a woman with short hair put my 4 year old daughter into shamed. She is my responsibility, i know that, but to the fact that kids sometimes got amaze of the stuffs you have in store and want to touch them or hold them. This lady shouted at my daughter in a very loud tone in front of the customers paying to her and told her to put back the thing the she just hold. My Daughter run and went in the corner shaking and upset. As a mother my heart was heartbroken as you can talk to my Daughter in a nice way without even shouting at her. Till we got home she can’t still forget the lady that shouted at her and everytime she remembers she just cry and says that lady is mad at me mom. So sorry to post it here, but i feel sorry for my Daughter too, you have toys for sale which is for kids so expect that it would be a child friendly store.

Good priced well not over priced even though the items have been given it is good to get items that can be recycled and get offered a chance to do a renovation on them at a reasonable price
