Car park entrance is a bit rough so be cautious as you drive in from road. The whole park is rough gravel pit, watch out for broken glass.

+ creepy atmosphere+ southernmost railway tunnel+ short walk to and through the tunnel- big gravel parking lot but no possibility to camp and no toiletes (no camping signpost)Bring a headtorch. All smartphone is enough. The tunnel is 230 metres long.

A short walk up to the end. We're expecting that we can continue walking after the tunnel but it's not. Basically, only the tunnel. Torch is a must or else you will be walking in the dark.

I've always wanted to walk through a train tunnel and this place gave me exactly that! It's dark, although you can always see at least one end of the tunnel, so it's not too scary. The rails are long gone, so the floor is level enough to not be any trouble, though I am glad I brought a torch.The signage is obvious and clear.The walk is only about 2 minutes from the car park.

It has been a part of an ancient railway. Likely a 50-75m long tunnel. There is parking right in front of the entrance. Would need a light of some sort assist walking. As soon as u reach the end u need to return back as that is what the signs I dictate
