These guys are amazing. Its always a worry when you look at spending a large amount of money on your home, and putting your trust in a company, but these guys give you confidence, everystep of the way. Rachel listens and is awesome at follow up and keeps you informed. Izac the installer is such a hard worker and a perfectionist. The quality of the windows, is extremely high and they look awesome. This company have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Highly recommend Nulook Canterbury, our windows were manufactured and install well ahead of schedule. Great customer service and quick responses any questions we had. Friendly and efficient team that came and installed the windows, really happy with the end result, will definitely use this company again in future

What it is not, is a puff-up review from a relative or something.The images here are a tiny example of each window throughout our home, and unfortunately we are one of the growing amount of victims in North Canterbury of Nulook' Workmanship. Product is amazing but service was pretty bad unfortunately. Also you are advised about the stuff you have to clean up/mend afterwards but it would have been nice if they were realistic with it. We have done patch plaster jobs but in reality there is a whole wall of our house outside we need to replaster now. If we hadn't given our deposit before the shocking communication happened we wouldn't have gone with them. At least the product of windows and doors themselves look great but experience wasn't so.

We just had double glazing installed in over 1/2 of our house. While they are expensive... it was money well spent. We will be back next year to have Nulook finish the job. Thats a no-brainer for us.We already notice the difference...1) Haven't lit the fire yet.2) Noticed a reduction in outside noise... thats a bonus.3) And obviously increasing the value of our house.Great customer service... Rachel was amazing! And timeline to installation was even sooner than predicted. An all round good experience.

Amazing. Very quick turn around! Best customer service we have had! Stu even helped with an issue we had from a different company! Incredibly grateful for the help and service received! Highly recommend.

Our install was an absolute shambles, the door handles are sloppy, the stacker doors are drafty and they are all out of alignment. When we asked the builder, they pointed the finger at this place for providing them bent.Their customer service is horrific, and god only knows what kind of Deals" they have with builders. Any form of change and the money surrounding how much it cost is all of a sudden under the carpet. All the good reviews here will be from friends and relatives trying to help revive their reputation. The entire of North Canterbury thinks they are an absolute rip off

We are thrilled with our complete window replacement in our 1990's home. Rachel and Christian were very patient and helpful throughout the planning and finetuning stages, and the end result is wonderful! Home feels quieter and warmer already, and it has really modernised the look of the place.

The windows were finished weeks before the estimated date with delivery being made easy thanks to Nulooks delivery team. The fact they took the time and care in storing our windows was certainly greatly appreciated. Lastly, I couldn't finish without saying how competitively priced these windows were. We did a great deal of research beforehand knowing that this was going to be a huge investment for us, what we got was a product and service from Nulook Canterbury that exceed all expectation.
