We tiled a tired, old concrete patio, After contacting a few tilers, BJ was the only one to get back to us. We have no regrets about using him, as he was brilliant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and a pleasure to have working at our home. His workmanship and advice was spot on, and you couldn't get better. We'd have him back any time.
