Brad and his team did a wonderful job in changing an unsightly area at our house to look really Super.They prepared and laid Asphalt on our backyard at the side and back of the house.We would highly recommend Suburban Earthworks Ltd

Worst company we have ever dealt with in our lives.We think that the concrete work Brad did for us looks terrible and we believe it is creating problems and potential damage to our house and is not what we asked for. Feel robbed as we paid for this and Brad will not refund.He actually intends to drag this out for as long as possible through the disputes tribunal, even though it's causing us a lot of stress and we just want the matter resolved and to get the concrete we have actually asked for and paid for.It has been verified by a number of different professionals that it is indeed an unprofessional, bad looking concrete job which does not comply with the building code.Should be fairly simple to get it resolved but Brad won't fix it, he laughs at us, his paying clients and threatens us with lawyers rather than just fixing his shoddy work. Client satisfaction does not seem to exist here.I do not recommend this company because in our experience, if you are unhappy with anything, this man will take your money and then almost act like it's some kind of game. Emails from him saying things like better close your windows

Highly recommend Brad and his team! We had a small patio extension done and given the original was built in 2007... they have colour matched amazingly! Right down to the chip size (exposed aggregate) they rewashed and resined our old stuff as well. Super friendly and Brad's quote came in under what others were charging.Definitely call him to compare pricing, we are super happy with our new outdoor area!Thanks Brad!

Note: everything in this review is my honest opinion/what I believe is true and can be backed up with evidence.Brad did a defective concrete job which lead to a disputes tribunal hearing which 100% ruled in our favour for $8500. I have attached this to the review so hopefully you can see it, it explains the issues at length. In short, the concrete was defective and ran towards our house. Not fit for purpose and he broke the contract in charging us for AP40 which was not found to be underneath the concrete. So bad!But the most concerning part is Brad's behaviour towards me. I no longer feel safe in my own home.He came around multiple times after I asked him not to.He would have had to go through a gate (which is latched/closed), cross our property around the back, walk past our bedroom, where I was sleeping, alone - to get to the back path, because you can't see it from the road due to the bins, nor can you access it from the road.To say this has freaked me out more than I was already freaked out by him is an understatement. I can see the red flags right now and honestly I fear for my safety.You don't put your arm around women you don't know. You don't text them at midnight about things unrelated to concrete, telling them to sleep well" when you are in a dispute with them. You don't tell them to keep their windows closed. Used Suburban Earthworks to concrete the floor of my pole barn. I did the boxing myself to save on cost, and had surburban come and do the pour and smooth it out. The costs was extremely competitive, being substantially cheaper than other quotes i received. I think a lot of tradesmen are charging a lot due to the current economic climate.Very happy with the job. It's going to be used as a substrate production and mixing area. Brad was good to deal with, and came and checked the quality of the work once finished.

Amazing job with friendly tradesmen.I needed a small concrete pad laid for my front step - I contacted numerous companies but as the job was so small no one wanted to take this on.Brad's guys were in my sub-division doing a larger job and I approached them to see if they could help - they came over to see the job, spoke Brad and arranged to lay the concrete pad at the same time they were doing the larger job. Within a couple of days from initial contact the job was done! It looks amazing and was just perfect. I'm extremely happy with the job and service they provided.
