I purchased a new Skybox V6 HD from RV & Marine in Hamilton back in March of this year. I installed it in my motor home just last month. I was getting a on and off again signal and noticed the aerial cable to the unit was a little loose. I tightened it with an open ended spanner which broke the connection for the aerial off from the circuit board inside the unit. I returned the unit and have been told it is not covered under warranty. I am very disappointed as I did not apply a lot of pressure on tightening the aerial just a slight tweak and the aerial base broke loose. If this is an issue these units should have a locking nut on the base to prevent this from happening. I am now left with a Sky unit that doesn't work and will never deal with this company again. They should honor and cover their products.
