Worthless and unprofessional.If you want pay for somone to not send something then post it broken via nz post a week later these are the thrives for you.Gave 2 stars because you falsify 1 star ratings as fake.

Been 6 days and still waiting. From North Canterbury to South Canterbury. Suppose to be 1-2 Days. No different to the old fast way courier. What a joke. Found out my parcel went past Timaru(south canterbury) and ended up in Invercargill. Here tomorrow apparently. Why people use this courier company is beyond me. I won't purchase off sellers who deal with them in the future.Good luck aramess

Only have Indian call takers who are very hard to understand. I had damaged goods delivered which they picked up. Haven't seen them since. Won't respond to emails or return phone calls. Will never use or recommend these turkeys.

Have lost my second package and blamed the ferries for being the issue. No other company has done this. Have been waiting over a week. Second time this has happened.AVOID

Second time dealing with this company, and it's the worst courier service I ever dealt with there always a belay or something is wrong with tracking number.. I don't recommend this company nz post is way fast and beter..

Absolutely outstanding customer service. For the first time ever I’ve found a courier service that work for the customer! The Timaru staff went over and above for me and I will forever be grateful for their customer service. I will be telling everyone to change to Aramex!

The Timaru office was so helpful. I missed first delivery then arranged a time online but it goes overseas and they didn't even get the message. So I rang timaru depot and lady I spoke to was amazing and organized a delivery only a few hours after my call.

Similar experience to the many other 1 star reviews, 2 weeks to get from Auckland to Twizel. Would give Aramex no stars if I could. Now they are the ONLY courier to consider Twizel rural and charge extra. What a rip off. Avoid this shonky outfit wherever possible. In the future I will not be trading with any company that uses Aramex.

Slowest and most unreliable courier in NZ... Couldn't believe the customer service reply to my email asking where my parcel was after 2 weeks of it sitting in their depots... it was why don't you get on a plane and go get it yourself""

I went there to collect a parcel which was supposed to be delivered but wasn't. I called the number for the parcel to be redelivered twice and eventhough I was assured that it would be delivered on two occasions, it wasn't! Very poor communication between this franchise and their service center based in Christchurch.
