Phil met up with my husband and myself to discuss the renovation project. He explained the process and estimated timeframe. Phil is really professional, offers clear communication and a genuinely nice guy. We are really pleased with the ens results and can highly recommend Bear Construction!

Replied straight away and was able to start work within a few days, which was amazing. Phil is clearly very experienced and identified the issue straight away and knew the solution. The builders were polite and courteous in our house, and did an excellent job. The work was expensive but the quality was worth it. Thanks a lot.
