What a nightmare to even have a conversation with these guys!

I won the geological jackpot of buying a big piece of a basalt headache in notorious Mt Wellington. Thankfully Landscape Structure was here to save the day. They were reliable, experienced and went out of their way to help me plan the site and cut cost! I especially liked their professionalism and system. Everything was docketed ON THE DAY, and signed by me, which made me as a client feel very good that I know where cent of my mine is going.Special appraisal to Saiyad, my excavating operator has over 30 years of experience, you simply can't go wrong with that.

Faced with a subsiding 40 sq. m. concrete pad, constructed 40 years ago on poorly compacted clay, Landscape Structures were contracted to renew the pad, requiring retaining and strengthening of new fill, as well as re-levelling up to 400mm in parts. Discussion and ongoing communication with the client were excellent throughout the job. Liaison with other service providers was also done effectively.The result exceeded expectations, and extended to re-levelling of a deck which had been affected by subsidence. A very professional job.

Tricky driveway repair and retaining wall strengthening between four town houses and adjacent house. Dave's team did a great job with minimal disruption to existing retaining wall. Pleasant guys to have around. Dave had to deal with five separate owners and he did this well.

Top soil is bad quality. Worse of the worst

We used these guys 2 years ago. Don't use these people. Tried charging extra costs above quote. And my husband saw the truck we were hiring by the hour delivering loads elsewhere.. customers beware

Dave was very slow at getting back to me.Never sent quote after viewing driveway. Rang & still waiting for quote.Went to another company.

BEWARE! Owner makes a presentation which looks reasonable on paper...once accepted other charges added as job progresses.In addition, in our case, drainage not provided for on a retaining wall that pools water (in rain) on the ground above. Owner takes no responsibility - wants cash up front in full to rectify his amateurish design/build.15.3.2021 - I respond to Landscape Structures: Dave, you did not provide any drainage whatsoever in your retaining wall job in Brighton Rd, Parnell. When we asked for your help you had the audacity to tell us we would have to pay up front before you would return to the property. We had already paid the balance of your invoice (within 7 days upon receipt of invoice) therefore you cannot claim we were difficult or non-paying customers. When the rain came it was blatantly obvious no drainage had been provided for.
