Supercheap Auto Invercargill

We bought oil and a filter here. They supplied the wrong filter so we returned it and suggested it could have blown up the engine due to the thread being well oversized. This has also happened one other time.The holiday student on the counter was great and took it all in his stride. Considering it wasted 1/2 the afternoon driving to town etc I asked the manager if they had any Xmas promos or gift cards to help make the situation right for us. It was a flat no. Don't go there if you want to be valued as a customer. If you do go there check your parts carefully before you head out of town.

I purchased a Gator backing camera for the second time, different cars, and am very pleased with the result the second time around as I was with the first.

SUOER USELESS more like. Went to buy car seat covers 3 workers down back of store having a good chin wag while other 2 were flat out serving at the front. Finally got someone to serve me and they couldn't even advise what car seat covers to get or couldn't be bothered doing much at all. You missed out on all my dollars as I wanted other stuff as well...Went to REPCO AND GOT WAY BETTER SERVICE .

Really impressedBusy in store and pouring rain but Russell still came out to replace my squeaky wipers and fit new onesI was so grateful for the wonderful service that I sent some treats into the store for the team. Thanks and keep up the great work

Very helpful changing and fitting my wiper blades.

We first walked in and looked for assistance, a lady staff member walked passed us, and we had to ask her for assistance, im sure she would have known we were lost. The store only had a couple of customers in there, but seemed like our request was a hassle.There was very limited stock for the product we were purchasing which was a shame as we traveled a couple of hours after being told prior via a call what we wanted was on hand.Then saw the same staff member (we were greeted by) openly and loudly request to search a customer's bag in frontof allmkn store, customer refused and then staff had a laugh and rolled eyes etc about the situation. Not sure what the reasons where for the customers bag to be searched, but the way the staff member approached the customer really wasn't ok and was an awkward experience as another customer, perhaps employe a security guard to protect staff and customers. However the person we were served by was lovely, this is the reason for the 3 star rating.
