There was one lovely lady there who helped me match my shade and gave me so much skincare tips! She helped me for a good 30 - 40 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name. An absolute sweetheart. Only rating 5 star because of her.

Had an amazing experience here today. Completely new to makeup and Madison was very helpful. Made me feel welcome and made sure I had the right products. Exceptional service. 10/10 Madison.

Went in store yesterday and was immediately greeted by a lovely staff member named Renee. She was wonderful and clearly loves her job. Super helpful, gentle and polite. Will definitely be returning here :)

Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked in for a specific product, everyone just talking together. We had just been next door to MAC and the difference in service.. omg...I suggest your staff get some tips from MAC on how to interact with customers. Wouldn't spend $1 in your store, however dropped $500 at MAC happily.

Worst experience I have had as a customer in retail.Stuff were unwelcoming and did not once ask if I needed help with anything despite obviously needed it. Walked around aimlessly to try find what I needed while stuff watched me as if I were trying to steal something (despite holding a MAC bag where I just spent $300).Others just stood, leaned back, and talked as if they were not at work.Do not recommend to anyone, especially those who are just starting out in makeup you will not get the help you need and will feel uncomfortable.
