Lovely pool, very centrally located but with heaps of character thanks to its age. Has the benefit of being outdoors but heated! Primarily set up for lane swimming but has space set aside for recreation/kids. Over 8ft deep at one end so plenty of room to practice your tumble turns.

Heated. Clean. 30m. Good facilities - changing shower toilets. Pool divided into lanes - slow/aqua jog, medium, fast and recreational. Life guards supervising. Space to lie in the sun. Umbrellas for the shade. And a little 1920s style too

Great out door pool. Heated so it is tepid. A little on the small size. But there are lanes for lane swimmers and a space for kids.

Awesome outdoor pool, a real treat in welly! Love the brass railing and tiles, and all the measurements are in imperial, it’s like a step back in time! 3 feet at the shallow end and 8 ft 6 in at the deep end, it seems so deep! Nice little outdoor area with picnic tables and umbrellas. They even have some floating things for kids to lie on. One recreation lane, and four swimming lanes.

Overall a great pool. Lane size is a little small for recreation but other than that its luke warm and quite nice on a hot day.

Great pool, regardless of the weather (if it is raining or windy, get under the water and get moving). I'm really enjoying the pool being opened into autumn /winter for 2021. The pool is (understandably) so much less busy in the colder months, which creates a much more relaxing atmosphere.Please make it year-round and I'll make it 5 stars.

This pool is only good for about 20 days of the year because of the Wellington weather but when it's good, it's so good. It has 3 swimming lanes and a recreational lane with lots of space to relax in the sun. It's also very reasonably priced.

Nice pool but because it's open, it works only in summer season. Provides necessary car park (1hr free) but sometimes if many people turn up simultaneously, then you may not get car park.

Amazing to have a city centre outdoor heated pool. A real hidden gem. Only open in summer. Something very different to do in Wellington. Very traditional pool but great.
