SmartFit - Personal Training Studio - Mt Eden

My first experience with SmartFit was a free 'bootcamp' type of workout in the park and meet the wonderful but deadly Elizandra. She is truly amazing and challenges me in the best ways. I enjoy gym and find all the PT's and their clients to warm, friendly and helpful.

After donating money to many gyms in the past I've finally found one that suits me! It has all the quality equipment you need, it's not all all intimidating, Dave is great and keeps me on track, the team are friendly and customer focussed with the personal attention I want, it is fun and the results are evident after a month of 3 x 30 min sessions per week. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been training with Dave for almost three years now. I have never been able to exercise consistently like that before. He’s been great for helping build my strength and fitness. Now I also see Ale. She gives me different exercises. I love the variety and they are great fun. Exercising has never been my thing but these guys make it something I want to do!!

I have been seeing Eli at smart fit for awhile now and love our sessions she’s fun, lovely and also pushes and motivates me! Before Eli I had never been in a gym and she’s definitely made my first experience amazing she listens to my concerns and tailors our sessions to my needs. Highly recommend

I've just started training with Eli and can't recommend her enough! She has a great calming energy and has been really good at keeping me comfortable (whilst pushing me). Her sessions are very well tailored full of variety and new challenges! If you're nervous about getting back into the gym and want a supportive safe environment then Smartfit is the place for you. :)

I have been with SmartFit Mt Eden studio for almost a year now and I have found the perfect gym for me. I don’t feel overwhelmed, or feel like there are 1000 eyes on me, the facilities are clean, well-maintained with a good range of equipments to suit all types of workouts. But what sets it apart is the team of PT's there. I train with Eli and she’s an excellent trainer who takes the time to understand your goals and tailor a workout plan to suit your needs. She’s fun and always motivating me to push me to my limits. I don’t dread going to the gym anymore and this is the strongest, fittest and the most confident I have been in my body. I highly recommend SmartFit Studio and Eli to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience!

Highly recommend these guys! I’d never been to a gym or had any personal training when I started going two years ago. Since then, I’ve made huge progress and had a great time, attending at least twice a week when the pandemic hasn’t gotten in the way.Dave’s been my PT the whole time, although I know nearly all the trainers well since they’re an awesome friendly and social bunch. You couldn’t go wrong with any of them.Now they’ve opened up this new gym in Mt Eden, and there was never a question of whether or not I’d follow Dave along despite it being an extra ten minute drive. The new studio is nice and spacious, and gets lots of natural light, and they have all the equipment you need to hit any muscle group.If you want to make progress and find your limits safely, Dave is the guy to do it. Awesome at motivating and has heaps of knowledge on different exercises and dietary plans.If you’ve ever thought about giving it a go, definitely recommend trying these guys out.

I have been training with Eli for 3 months now and she is amazing! I was the type always feeling incompetent and not confortable about work out or going to a gym or class. Eli has made my first ever experience great so far. I can tell my body is getting more fit and healthier every week. I love training with her although she does make me suffer"a lot for good outcome. :)"
