Super clean, modern rooms with slippers and robes! 24/7 room service. Close to the airport. Convenient for early / late flights! Amazing customer service from our receptionist Rachael - super fast and helpful! Great wifi. Laundromat nearby.

Was pleasantly surprised! The room was very comfortable and a good size. It’s a bit out of town but super close to the airport. Food outlet closed a bit early so we had to go elsewhere for dinner.

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park, an IHG Hotel
The restaurant staff at Giants made our stay. They, like most restaurants we visited in our 6 week tour of NZ, are obviously under staffed and training new staff. We did have to wait a while for our drinks order , but that was soon resolved, the staff seemed to be a happy team and the food is really lovely, some of the best we've had in NZ.Highly recommended whether you're staying or not.
