Excellent service despite the long queue. It was well managed and efficiently run. Expect delay due to the lots of thing being done here.

The service is pretty okay. I have been with AA for nearly 5 years,it used to be good and trade with heart. But now it feels like that the nature of this business is changing and it's all about after money. The mechanic is like a sales guy to get you service and replace unnecessary parts for your vehicle because they can decide if vehicles wof can be passed or not. I am wondering if he can get commission or he has his sales target pressure or I look like a kind of person who can easily to rip off under AA because I trust this brand and do not question? Your mechanic is seriously ripping customers off ,my friend./updated. Your commutation skills was impressed but it won't be able to hide the truth. You did not disclose unnecessary replacement to customers clearly which is misleading customers. The more you explain, the more truth you want to hide. The rear brake pad did not need to be replaced at all according to another mechanic. Your mechanic just wanted to do high performance results because they are well paid and maybe get potential to promote due to driven results? I have been to AA Mt Roskill,Panmure,Henderson etc and pretty happy with the work there. A lot of people are not aware of your dirty tricks. I dare to tell the truth to warn people to be careful with Manukau branch and the mechanic. $800 something worth to be spent.

Specifically requested they use 5w 40 fully synthetic oil. They said ok then put in 5w 30. Renault Megane. Clearly don't take note or listen to customers. Won't be back.

Decent car service. Especially like interior clean & scented service. Probably included in pricing, but it's gonna be a while till the next.

Took my car here (Manukau) for a platinum service with an add on engin flush.Service was quick (2 hours) and i got a call to advise that i would need to replace my air filter and did i want to do that today. It was only $45 so i agreed.All up it was $327 which is so cheap! (Small % as i am a member) compared to Australia, which i paid over $1000 for my last service when living there!They even cleaned the inside of my car! Carpet and glass too! Was not expecting this bonus!Very lovely staffer on the desk too :)

Very poor service, I have been there 3-4 times to do my conversion license test, send me back home every time they are fully booked and come back tomorrow, they think people don’t have any other things to do in their life, totally disappointed

Ka Rawe!(Awesome)... Took my vehicle in for a service and WOF today. Besides the friendly service, all pricing is clear, no hidden costs, everything is explained clearly, I was contacted PRIOR to work being done. Will be back in a couple of weeks to service and wof another vehicle! Also had brief encounters with a few different team members here and all are friendly, smiling and well spoken. Highly recommended! Friendly, professional service. The auto centre is very busy but the staff are welcoming and friendly. You can see this is a popular place by the number of Manukau locals who trust the team with their vehicles. Just remember to call in advance to make your booking :)
