The middle age Asian Female Teller was very rude, why hire the staff like her, even doesn’t know what is customer service, the attitude when she answered my question like I owe her a million dollars. Thanks for providing such ‘impressive’ service.

Worst bank ever, customer service is very bad. Make something so easy to do very hard and complicated. After many visits and things still not. Not impressed.

Saw personal banker yesterday (Eddie) who was most helpful to an elderly customer. There were several questions answered with knowledge skill and kindness to an elderly customer. Well done.
