Do check your receipt and products. I had been charged for two items of a product , when I'd only bought one, I was given the wrong cigarettes which were 10 dollars more than my usual and when I got home, I checked a packet to find its best before was three weeks ago. To their credit, they did give me refunds....

Great store, clean and well stocked. Easy to find products. I like the click and collect area. Park your car in the allocated parking spot and the team member brings out the trolley to your boot. Well done..

One of the bigger supermarket around Richmond. I prefer to go here if i want to take my time looking around for stuffs. They also have cooked food too.

The In store pharmacy is a good idea but they advertise being open 9am - 5pm 7days a week, been in 3 times now to find them closed early, extremely poor communication and service

Love the store and the people are very helpful but online service seriously needs some work. Constantly missing items that are not being substituted when I’ve allowed substitutions for all items. And so often they are short staffed so turn off their pick up times on a Sunday which is extremely inconvenient. By midday they had turned off the rest of the days pick up ones. Really disappointed.
