Your emails are going into spam box you need it sort this out as people might not look into their spam box and find your very important emails that you have sent them. You don’t call or send letters by post and expect people to respond to you by email. You also don’t answer your phone or return calls.

I am genuinely confused as to whether this is an actual company, I have tried and tried to get hold of Daniel from E-Collect via email and phone with no response in relation to a $12 fee (which I dispute that I even owe). Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful if this is an actual company. If someone from this company sees this are you please able to contact me.

Hahaha. Learn how to run a business before you try and Rob people for petty charges. Your emails aren't encrypted and therefore get flagged as spam. Good luck with you actually getting responses
