What a nice place. If you are traveling north to Nelson this is a fantastic place to stop before hitting the City (which is about 35 mins up the road). Easy parking and lovely spohisticated rural vibe. Coffee is good and an eclectric cabinet offering. Try the German Cheescake for something different but not different. Try it and you will see what I mean.YES. I would revisit.

Great food, friendly staff - we spent a few hours just relaxing with a glass of wine and some tasty treats from here and would absolutely come back next time we’re in town!

Nice friendly service. Coffee was good but nil Gluten Free savory type foods. Had to settle for a few french fries.

So good! In so many way. Wonderful menu & food. Presented beautifully. Friendly service. Lovely garden and veranda to sit in. Definitely a cafe worth treating yourself to regularly. Love love love The Villa in Wakefield!

The villa is a great place for breakfast or lunch! They have some of the best cooking and pastries around the whole Nelson area. Wakefield is lucky to have true European dining right at their doorstep.
