Mark and his team were fantastic - great communications, took great care of our office furniture and equipment, extremely professional, made light work of changing plans and traffic issues and were very fair with their charging.We can't fault Eco Movers service and will definitely use them again.

I used Eco movers on the 30th of May, to transport an item of furniture, I had booked their services 3 days before. Though I was not present at the site, the items were collected and delivered on time exactly the way i wanted.Thank you Mark and his team for excellent service and attention to detail.

Overall, the service is really good. I loved the two movers I had, they were insanely helpful.Lower rating as they (accidentally) dropped a package labeled fragile and broke a glass. Customer service resolution wasn't very good. But, as I've said, good service from the movers and it's very wallet friendly!

Good moving company. Booked a truck and 2 movers very last minute on moving day due to our initial movers mucking us around. One of the downsides was being charged the same hourly rate for a 33 cubic truck when we got a smaller truck - this meant booking a truck for 4.5 hours instead of 2, as it took 2 trips instead of one. We were charged the same rate because it was an urgent booking - at this stage we were desperate so had no choice, but felt a little taken advantage of.Laila sorted it super quick, and the two movers that came were good at stacking, one in particular was a great mover. Luckily we had 2 guys + 3 teens helping with loading and unloading as well.Movers arrived 20 mins after booking, a little confusion around the time it took to do the job when it came to payment, and just needing to be a bit more careful with packing e.g covering furniture that may be marked from the paint in the truck. The highlight was Laila, thanks for all your help sorting the truck, so helpful, polite and responsive.
