Kayla has been an amazing physiotherapist for my injury recovery!! She is super lovely and I got to do different rehabilitation styles every week! Highly recommend!!

Kayla is the perfect mix of knowledgeable, professional and personable. It is amazing to have conversations where she is able to explain things in depth rather than just give you a diagnosis and send you off to do some exercises. Having a mix of life coaching, physio and massage with her has been the best decision in my career. Can’t recommend her enough!

Have spent a few months with Kayla now reparing a pulled muscle in my shoulder, it has been a slow but gentle process with numerous different styled exercises & of course Kaylas lovely massages!

I've been working with Kayla to get rid of some old and new injuries that have been ruining my surfing. Kayla has a palpable passion for her work, and imparted some incredible knowledge during my hour long massage. Her approach is holistic while being grounded in well learned theory. The massage was just lovely, and she managed to help along the healing of some spasming muscles which would normally hang around for days! Thanks Kayla.
