Extremely happy with the customer service from these guys. Went in today had a problem with my radio. Even though they were fully booked still had a look for me and gave me guidance as to what the problem was. Thank you very much extremely helpful. Definitely recommend if you need anything done.

Their honesty is very impressive. My car had some tricky electrical problem that occurred now and then. They failed to detect the fault at the end of the day, and so explained to me about the situation in an honest way, suggesting me to have a try at Mercedes service center. They did not charge me a cent although they spent some time on diagnosis of my car. This is a business who takes their reputation and honesty very seriously. I like those guys and will definitely go back when my car has other electrical problem in future. Wishing them all the best!
