Very disappointing.We completed the order of the drinks and food, and paid for it, and only then we were notified that the shop will be closed in 5 minutes and we don't have a place to sit beside outside in the rain.On top of it, the staff could not warm the food.

Words cannot adequately express how slow the service is here and how little the staff seem to care about efficiency and hustle. I'm not sure it's possible to be slower...I don't know whether it's a lack of staff or laziness but it was ridiculous. It wasn't at all busy and yet it was a 23 minute wait for two vanilla frappas. Time I will never get back... Don't go here unless you're prepared for it to be a day trip.

Good coffee. Stopped in for one of their Holiday Latte drinks for my wife. Not bad if you like sweet, flavored drinks with lots of whipped cream and sprinkles.Not for everyone.Cost, NZ$9.50

First time visiting star bucks and I absolutely loved the drink I ordered. Staff were accommodating and friendly so customer service was great! Location is so ideal and the atmosphere was fantastic. Loved it will be visiting star bucks frequently!

Starbucks napier have to be one of the worst stores in the country. I load money onto my starbucks card and then find i cannot use it in Napier because any time they are slightly busy they turn off the online ordering. Its beyond a joke. And don't even try to call them. Last Sunday they hung up on my three times. Picked up the phone and hung it up. Beyond rude. Twice now i have ordered a cold Frappuccino and they made it hot because i added chai they got confused. Sure everywhere is short staffed. But I've already spent the money on the card so would be great if i could use it. I dont have the ability to wait in line for 20 mins which is why I need to online order. Everyone knows starbucks coffee is average at best. I go there for the convenience but thats non existant.Yes i have had some friendly staff there so not saying they are all bad but they definitely need to learn that making coffee is busy and u can't just switch off online orders.

Staff member Parker laughed at an order I made behind counter. Was not pleased as they tone they talked about it in wasn’t kind either. Luckily the other lady on was polite enough not not engage which made it better. Didn’t know asking for half the ice was so funny. Other than that the service was nice. Wasn’t busy but it took an absurdly long time to make.
