I run a small business from home and Brenton and his team have always been available anytime to help assist. The team have made life so much easier for me setting up a new accounting program and talking me through any errors I've made and quickly correcting them. You'll find this team helpful in every way and solution focused. I set up a business in New Zealand earlier this year from Australia. Lisa and Laura guided me through the very different legislative issues in New Zealand around the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Act which I simply wouldn't have been able to do by myself. I live in the country in the Waikato and was looking for a company that was excellent in dealing with online customers and so far, I am enjoying the benefits of their established online skills and procedures.

Some accountants seem to want to over complicate things, whereas Brenton was got strait to the point and gave me simple and understandable advice. My accounts are all tidy and I've found their fees to be pretty reasonable too. Have no issue recommending them to others.

Inconsistent service as we had good service and communication with the first lady we dealt with but since being de linked and linked up again the accountant we received has been terrible and the IRD has had to re do our returns. There seems to be no care for helping us out or communicating with us via phone to bring us up to date which is frustrating as the issues we have are not being understood.

We can not recommend Brenton and his team high enough. They took on the challenge of being our accountant a number of years ago, back then we really put them to the test when we had a Dairy Farm and crop. The help and advise we received was what helped us to succeed and move on to the next venture. Our next venture which really keeps them on their toes (and I'm sure at times they want to pull out their hair!!) we are now purchasing properties and renting them out and in the last 3yrs it has increased to be a huge portfolio and it wouldn't of been possible without Brentons help, flexibility and assistants. We look forward to many more years working with the team.
